Here's a great way to use those Thanksgiving leftovers in a new way. These sliders made with your Thanksgiving Day leftovers will become a go-to.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. King's Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 Tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1 lb. shredded or sliced turkey
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 cups stuffing (warmed up)
  • 6 Tbsp. melted salted butter
  • 1/2 diced onion, or 2 tsp. minced dried onion
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat the bottom of a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray.
  2. Slice King's Hawaiian rolls in half, horizontally. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared pan
  3. Starting at the bottom, layer the dijon mustard, mashed potatoes, turkey, cranberry sauce, and stuffing. Replace the top rolls on assembled sliders.
  4. With the melted butter in a separate bowl, add the onion and Worchestershire sauce. Mix and use a brush to apply to the top, ensuring each roll is sufficiently coated.
  5. Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes.
  6. Cut the sliders apart and serve immediately. Enjoy!
